Stockist B2B

Stockist is a simple, powerful B2B platform that connects suppliers with the businesses they sell to — bringing ordering, delivery, invoicing and stock control into one app.

Whether you supply goods or buy them for your business, Stockist replaces WhatsApp orders, paper delivery notes and messy spreadsheets with one clean, shared workflow.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Place and receive orders in seconds — no more lost WhatsApp messages or phone calls.
• Generate branded tax invoices and delivery notes automatically for every order.
• Capture proof of delivery — on-screen signature or a photo of the signed note.
• Track deliveries live and assign your own drivers.
• Manage stock on hand — see exactly what came in, what went out and what you hold, with a full movement breakdown per product.
• Record payments and reconcile who owes what, on both sides.
• Get real books instantly — profit & loss, balance sheet, statements, and receivables & payables — no accountant required.
• Keep every document in one place — purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and proof of payment.

BUILT FOR TWO SIDES
• Suppliers: receive orders, confirm delivery, invoice and get paid.
• Buyers: order from your suppliers, track deliveries, manage your own stock and sales.
