2024-07-03	Ma*****	You need to identify your instance of Epic MyChart. St. Luke's is a pretty generic name as hospitals go. It is silly to only find out AFTER installing, that it is in Iowa or Oregon.

2024-06-24	Ky*****	When using app to sign in, a code is given via email or text. After code is inputed, you need to verify birthday and zip code. However, the "month" field is inoperable and you unable to fill it in as no drop down menu to select the month displays. In the past I have used this without issue, but recent changes make the app unusable.

2023-11-02	De*****	Well they don't tell you when you have a co-pay so you don't know you owe it. Suddenly you get this notice from the billing depart, U owe a lg amount of $. Insurance card doesn't want to pay because, u didn't pay your co-pay.Someone could have filled me in, I would have paid copay. Now I am told I have a attitude and a bill.so then you know a cancer patient gets a little STRESSED.
