App won't let me enter my email address as it doesn't allow symbols. So I can create an account. Who ever designed this app needs cognitive readjustment.

Cant reset passwords, it's a known issue. App is useless, reached out via their website. Surprise surprise, no response! You can't expect parent to make a new email account just to order a lunch order. This has been going on for over 2 years!
