Not a good service too much problem with this app and key. Connection problem, otp problem, etc many many problems. Just wasting our time everyday and also loss of sale due to not opening of lock on time

This bloody ....ing App taking long time to connect lock. Everyday we are facing this problem after also using different mobiles and changing battery. There is any solution for this or it is app problem.
