stera smart one Wait is an app that makes it possible to display the order status received on stera smart one to the customer side, thereby relieving the stress of waiting time.

Visualize customer order receipt numbers and status. Improved customer satisfaction by eliminating dissatisfaction with waiting times.

Additional features:
- Settings screen access: If you press and hold the bottom left part of the sequential call screen for more than 6 seconds, the settings screen will be displayed and you can customize it.

This app is for member stores that have subscribed to "stera smart one". To use it, you need to access "Store" → "Device management" → "Wait" from the management screen of stera smart one and link it with the terminal.
