My Expense App

My Expense App turns a receipt into an accounting entry in a few taps.

Scan a receipt with your phone's camera, or import a photo or PDF. The app reads a receipt photo on your phone and, when you ask, suggests the supplier, invoice number, date, total, tax and accounts. You check everything on one screen, with the receipt beside it, and post it to your company's books in one tap.

What you can do:
• Scan receipts and invoices, or import photos and PDFs
• Let AI suggest the details. It only suggests: you check every field, and anything it could not find on the receipt is marked
• See the whole invoice on one "Check and finish" card and edit any part
• Save suppliers, with or without an NTN, and find expense accounts by name or code
• Handle GST, card payments and tax withheld. GST on everyday expenses stays part of the cost
• Post to your books in one tap, or create a draft for your accountant
• Keep every receipt attached to its entry
• Accountants: switch between your client companies

Who it is for:
My Expense App is for companies and accounting firms that already have an account. Your company or your accountant creates your sign-in; there is no sign-up in the app.

Private by design:
• A receipt photo is read on your phone
• Its text goes to an AI service only when you press Suggest with AI, and the photo never does
• No ads and no advertising tracking
