PeerOnCall connects your employees to secure, anonymous peer support exactly when they need it most.

The platform offers:
+ Detailed profiles to help quickly match care seekers with peer supporters best suited to their needs (ex: similar job areas, experiences, gender, languages spoken, etc.)
+ Personal wellness log
+ Anonymous calling and messaging with trained peer support providers
+ Relevant articles, videos and resources for your workforce on topics including trauma, burnout, dealing with a bad call, moral injury, improving sleep, knowing when to reach out, and more

Behind the App:
PeerOnCall and PeerOnCall Support were developed in consultation with workers in public safety and high-stress workforces across Canada. The original application was developed by McMaster University, in conjunction with The Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT) at the University of Regina, and in consultation with public safety stakeholders across Canada.
