LVM aSignatureOffice

The app "LVM aSignatureOffice" helps shop stewards, employees and customers with the fast and secure capture of signatures. The PDF / A documents to be signed are first uploaded to the app and can then be signed electronically.

Operation / Ease of Use:
• The signature takes place directly in the document, without a separate signature window.
• The customer can browse, zoom and scroll in the PDF document. So he gets all the necessary information before signing.
• The required fields are automatically activated during the signature process. So no signature can be forgotten.

• Secure communication via https
• Time-delayed signing at any time without loss of security possible
• Supports iPad-side encryption of biometric data with RSA 2048 bit
