TaleBlazer

TaleBlazer is a cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) game platform developed by MIT's Scheller Teacher Education Program. It enables users to create and play location-based mobile games that integrate virtual characters and objects with the real world. Accessible on most GPS-enabled Android and iOS smartphones, TaleBlazer games often take place outdoors but can also be designed for indoor use without GPS.

Ideal for organizations like zoos, museums, and schools, TaleBlazer facilitates engaging, educational experiences that combine exploration, role-playing, and investigation. Users can both enjoy existing games and create their own AR adventures through an intuitive, blocks-based web editor. With downloadable content playable offline, TaleBlazer offers a unique platform blending learning and immersive AR gameplay in real locations. Visit taleblazer.org to start making your own game today!
