App for creating work reports

Open-source, free, ad-free!

Record craftsman services and share as a report in various formats:
- Customer / Project
- Billing address
- Working and driving times
- Works carried out
- Used material
- Flat rates
- Photos
- Signature of client and contractor

After completion, the report can be shared via email, messenger, cloud, ....
PDF, Excel (xlsx) and odt (text format for LibreOffice and Word) are available as output formats. A separate logo and a footer can be integrated into PDF and Excel. With odt, the entire report can be designed using your own template.

This app is a hobby project that I make available for free. I am not responsible for any damage that may result from installing or using this app.

Use of data
The app saves the entered report data in an Android database and the generated reports on the device, signatures as bitmap (png). These are in the app's own folder, which is not freely accessible. In addition, "dictionaries" of the entries used so far are created in order to make input suggestions when creating the reports. These dictionaries are also stored in the app's own folder on the device. The reports are sent/shared via corresponding apps, which then gain access to the reports. If encryption of the data is necessary for sending, this must be carried out by the app selected for sharing - the work report app does not offer such an option. The settings made in the settings dialog are in turn stored on the device. SFTP access is used to download flat rate lists, an ODF template or logo and footer for the PDF report.

The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics from version 2.4.0 to send a report to the developer in case of a crash. This function is deactivated by default and must be explicitly activated by the user in the settings dialog.
Apart from communication with the SFTP server defined by the user and the Google Analytics servers (Google Firebase Crashlytics), there is no further communication with any other servers.
