2026-08-09	El*****	⚠️ Very disappointing experience with Steadfast Please be aware of rider Md. Ashikur Rahman. We had a very unpleasant experience with his service. When the parcel was not delivered, he reportedly blamed the customer and claimed that the customer did not answer the call, which we strongly dispute. More concerning was his disrespectful and argumentative behavior toward my sister, who was the recipient. His conduct was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed.

2026-07-31	Ti*****	বাটপার শব্দটার নতুন নাম হওয়া দরকার স্টেডফাস্ট, কম্পানির ডেলিভারির লোক থেকে শুরু করে কাস্টমার কেয়ার সবগুলো অথর্ব আর বাটপার, কমপ্লেইন করতে ফোন দিয়ে বললাম ২৫০টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিচ্ছি আপনাদের আপনারা এরকম করেন, মুখের উপর বলে না আমাদের তো টাকা দিচ্ছেন না, দিচ্ছেন মারচেন্টকে। As if তারা ফ্রি তে ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস দেয়। নিজের বাপ আস্বীকার করার মত কথা। উল্লেখ আমার বইয়ের অডার ছিলো, ওজন ৩কেজি হওয়ায় ডেলিভারি চাজে বেশি দিচ্ছিলাম আর তারা সেটাই অস্বীকার করে।
