StayByBike Operations

StayByBike Operators is the internal app used by the StayByBike team to manage the bicycle fleet at hotels.

For the exclusive use of authorized personnel (operators and administrators) with a StayByBike account. A login is required; access is not possible without a team account.

With the app, the team can:

• Open and close bike locks via Bluetooth (BLE) by approaching the bike for maintenance or to report issues.

• Check the status of each bike and change it: available, under maintenance, or removed.

• Remove a broken bike from the fleet, even if it has an active reservation.

• Validate customer returns: review the photo of the returned bike and confirm.

• Receive, read, and resolve alerts and issues reported by hotels.

• View the entire fleet on a map, with the status of each bike.

• Scan a bike's QR code for instant access.

The locks are Bluetooth (BLE): they open by proximity to the bicycle, with the mobile phone's Bluetooth enabled, not via the internet.
