If you want a basic tracker you have found the right product. I have rated 2 starts as you don't get much insight with the app or tracker. Had connectivity issues starting out which customer service sorted - but once all paired is really easy to switch on and get started, No active heat map - was told issue by customer service but 2 months later I still have no heat maps, Basic graphs - not much detail in the 5 min breakdowns - possibly others out there which are better

Having a nightmare getting this set up! Worked once then just won't connect after following many videos I mange to set it back to factory's setting and reconnect the device to my phone but now the bloody app won't open and just keeps shutting down. Customer service terrible and email only and takes a forever to reply so manage to look at YouTube videos but still the same issue persist. Going back to supplier when I get the chance.
