2023-07-04	Lu*****	Great service, appalling app. I've contacted the support multiple times to report all the bugs I'd come across the mobile app. As a former software developer and a non-paying user, I took the time to make sure that the bugs I was reporting were reproducible. Nothing has ever been done. It's a shame really, because I love their service. Give this app the so much needed overhaul. Thank you.

2022-05-13	A.*****	I have the application both on Android and IOS. Scrolling in the visitors paths and other screens is not smooth on Android compared to IOS. Try to prefetch more data, otherwise the scrolling experience is very bad. You scroll up until some point, and then it gets stuck for a few seconds.

2021-12-21	Re*****	I have found Statcounter to be an amazing window into my customers' behavior. Absolutely the best tracking and Analysis application I have ever found. And I have tested many of them. It's extremely user-friendly and complete, and I use it for both my wife's business and my own. Also terrific fast customer support. Do yourself a favour and sign up for a free trial. Seriously, I wouldn't consider running my business without it from this point forward. I have no finacial interest in this review.

Solved:I've been using adguard and it was stopping me from logging in... Once I disabled it, statcounter is working fine and now I've created a rule in adguard to not filter statcounter... No, it's fine now. I've just realize it's been fixed hours ago. Only that I also realize that I can't see yesterday's counting data even it said there are plenty. But it's fine tho. Although this is free service, it's really good application. Thank you.
