Health Studio Online Training

Health Studio Online Training is the App for anyone who wants to work out, with a fully personalized workout anywhere, anytime.

The app offers two training plans:

* Artificial intelligence:
You train, do and view your assessment, evaluate your training and access the program with videos of the exercises that have been planned for you.

You fill in an assessment with your goals and training level, recognize your postural deviations and select the equipment you want to use, but if you don't have any, just select the option “I don't have equipment”.
In a few seconds the training will be ready, personalized, based on all its details, with videos and instructions for each exercise.
While you are using the training mode, data such as training frequency, use of intervals, load progression and others will be analyzed and with this the system will plan the progression of the training.
At the end of each workout the app illustrates your effort, comparing the total load with everyday examples.

*Personal trainer:
You train, ask questions, communicate with your trainer, do and view your assessment, evaluate the training and your trainer, and access the program with videos of the exercises that have been planned for you.

Then the trainer best suited to your goals will be directed to plan your training and follow your routine.

Main features of the app:
- Sending notifications when a new training program is available and when a training program has expired!
