2024-09-24	Ri*****	This app is totally unreliable. I used to get notications now I never get them...only calls from the answering service wondering why I'm not responding to their messages. Time for the developer to address these critical issues. Absolute garbage and won't refer this to anyone.

2024-01-20	Je*****	You need an option to recover password/login name whenever the app decides to randomly log you out and when you try to login with the name and password you wrote down from the last time this happened doesn't work either

2023-02-04	St*****	The new user interface is terrible. Who thought of creating a blue background and slightly different blue phone number displayed. This makes it quite difficult to see the phone number. Also they made the timestamp tiny. You need a magnifying glass to read what time and date The text was sent. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone and I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to

2022-12-18	Sh*****	At least half the messages aren't coming through. I've had to restart my phone at least 10x today because that's the only way the actual message will come through after I receive notification of a new SMS. I have tried refreshing, leaving the app and going back, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works except restarting my phone. This app's performance today during a busy cold and flu season was truly remarkable. Unfortunately it will probably be more of the same tomorrow.

2022-12-07	Pe*****	Latest update made the app worse. What's the point of updating an app to worsen it. Anytime I open the app to load the most recent message, i have to wait for it to scroll down from the top of the oldest message of the long list. I can no longer click on the phone number link when it's included with the page. Addendum 12/6/22: above problems fixed, but since update, when new message comes in w/the ring, often the message won't appear.Dangerous for pt care as pts can be missed.

Also it made the messages too zoomed in which is visually unappealing. Now, after the update, whenever I open the app, it starts from the oldest message and scrolls down to the end giving a very strange experience.
