2025-01-01	Ta*****	Can no longer see what devices are connected to the router. Also can't attach a photo to send to a customer service chat because the paper clip icon does nothing when pressed. So I can't even show what's wrong. Whenever the Wi-Fi is down, the app tells me that they can't reach my router (well of course) and to connect to the router for more information. I mean, if I could connect to my router, why would I need more information???

2024-09-12	Th*****	I edited my review cause the recent update repaired all the issues I had with the app. it now states that I have fast internet connection and I am able to edit my connected devices which is the best part of the app. it can be complicated recognizing all your devices. I do not have Starry internet, but I do wish they would sell an update to the router cause Starry is easy to use but outdated.

2024-09-06	za*****	I love ❤️ my Starry Internet. It's the best move I made by leaving Optimum for starry. The service is top tier, reliable and dependable, and never any outages or anything. I had the 200mbps at first, and that was good, and then I got the 500 mbps it's amazing I can run 15+ devices, no interpretation in service on any. I definitely recommend Starry Internet to anyone who can get in their area. I was nervous about switching at first, but I'm glad I did. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING SERVICE
I love ❤️ my Starry Internet. It's the best move I made by leaving Optimum for starry. The service is top tier, reliable and dependable, and never any outages or anything. I had the 200mbps at first, and that was good, and then I got the 500 mbps it's amazing I can run 15+ devices, no interpretation in service on any. 2023-10-27	Re*****	Starry is the best internet provider I have ever had. The price is fixed, the service is great, and it works. When I had an issue, with Zoom freezing, a technician kept coming until I got the router that didn't freeze. Thank you, Starry. I moved into my apartment on January 24, 2019. Starry has been my provider since February 2019!

I recommend to coworkers, family, friends and really anyone that might have the opportunity to get Starry over other providers. The app is easy to use as well. Also I got an update they (starry) was going to be doing some routine maintenance on things at my apartment around 3a and if there is any sort of disturbance it should be less than 30min
