Recent reviews

Managed to call Singapore's local bank for credit card related issues when overseas, however the keypad could not work after the initial call was established. I tried pressing "9" in order to talk to the customer service operator, but was unsuccessful. As a result, my call was terminated because the phone banking could not detect any "response". Very disappointing.
