This app allows you to filter rental and presale announcements posted on LH Cheongyak Plus by region and supply type, and receive notifications for new announcements and application deadlines that match your criteria.

Application periods for announcements are short. It is difficult to visit the website every time to check for announcements that appear and close within a few days. Once you select your areas of interest and supply types, the app will notify you when new announcements matching those criteria are posted or when deadlines are approaching.

■ Filter by Area of ​​Interest and Supply Type

If you select regions such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Busan, and supply types such as National Rental Housing, Happy Housing, Purchased Rental Housing, and Public Presale Housing, the list will start with those criteria. You can change your criteria at any time using the filter at the top of the list screen, and the app will notify you in advance of how many listings remain after you change your criteria.

■ Show Only Announcements Currently Accepting Applications First

There are far more listings in the announcement list that have already closed. By default, the app displays only the announcements you can apply for now, and you can view closed announcements separately when necessary.

■ Notify me of new announcements and impending deadlines

When you turn on notifications, your device periodically checks the list to notify you of new announcements that match your criteria and those with imminent application deadlines. Tapping the notification takes you directly to the details of that announcement. Even if you do not turn on notifications, you can still use all the features to search for and save announcements.

■ Explanations of Supply Types

From National Rental Housing, Permanent Rental Housing, Happy Housing, Integrated Public Rental Housing, Purchase Rental Housing, Jeonse Rental Housing, Presale Housing, Public Presale (Newlywed Hope), to Profit-Sharing Presale Housing, a one-line explanation is attached to each supply type selected from the list. We have distinguished between rental-only types and presales where ownership is granted to avoid confusion.

■ Save announcements of interest for future viewing

Saved announcements are collected in a separate tab. When a saved announcement closes, you will be notified with a "Closed" indicator in the list.

■ The Original Text Opens Immediately at Any Time

In the announcement details, we organize and display the region, supply type, application deadline, posting date, and attached files, and always include a button to open the original announcement. If the content organized by the app differs from the original text, the original text serves as the standard. You must make the actual application on LH Cheongyak Plus.

■ No Registration

There is no login or registration required. Your interest criteria and saved announcements are stored only on your device and are not sent to the app's creators. We do not request location, contact, storage, or camera permissions. The only permissions requested are internet access and notification display.

This app is not an official app created by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and has no partnership with LH. The announcement information uses data on LH rental and sale announcements made available by the Public Data Portal. The content of the announcements is based on the original text posted by LH; the app merely organizes and presents this information for easy reading and does not act as an agent for applications or determine eligibility for selection.
