Many users are frustrated by account creation issues due to email verification failures. The app forces frequent updates that inconvenience users especially when they need to pay quickly. Users experience frequent unexpected logouts, and the password reset process often fails or is broken, preventing access to accounts. Additionally, users find the app's user interface and overall experience confusing and sluggish, worsening usability and satisfaction.

I've used Starbucks apps in many countries and this one is uniquely awful. It is frustrating from beginning to end. Not a single ounce of effort has been put into the customer experience. Instead of wait 2 minutes to order at the counter... it took more than 20 minutes of navigating into and out of menus back to other pages just to get anything to work. Also after all that my order doesn't even get me any reward points. I don't have the room to even write everything that sucks about this app.
