2024-08-28	Ch*****	This app is absolutely terrible. I've used Stake for about a year, and the app has never NOT glitched. I can't even log in currently. Even after reinstalling it. And there's no website to use instead... only an app, that has never ever worked properly

2024-08-26	Jo*****	I cannot sign up and support is no help. It says I need the phone verification and yet a code is never sent. Waiting over a month for a fix or another way to sign up....and nothing. Oh well just going to skip it.

2024-08-25	El*****	Difficult. App forced me to order a new card. Card arrived on a Friday and can't activate it outside of business hours. It will not allow to activate through the app or automated system. Customer service says I need to be verified only to send back to the automated system just to get nowhere. They're making small things challenging. Just put a QR code or something for easy activation.

2024-08-07	De*****	I have been trying for a year to figure out how to set up autopay for my rent with Stake. I have asked for help, and nothing that they have suggested has worked. I have my rent deducted twice every month: once to my landlord company and once again to Stake. I am just about ready to close my account with them. I'm sure that they are a good company who do a good thing, just not for me.

2024-06-13	Ja*****	Support is literally one person running the chat line all day. Opened an inquiry at 9 am. Didn't get anywhere til noon and all they did was ask my name. 5pm no progress and chat is closed for the day. No resolution. You guys are trying to campaign aggressively lately and this is your support backend?

2024-05-29	Ja*****	Overall, a pretty dumb idea.... Do we really need another junk app? Basically you have to put money in your bank account, transfer it to their bank account, and then transfer it to paying rent. Makes no sense, I only do it because my rental property requires it. Also you can only have one bank account at a time so if you, like many, have more than one bank account good luck trying to transfer money at your convenience. Almost every time I log in it says zero account and does not load my info

Used to be able to message instantly via the app/texting with a person with any questions; recently it's been a bot that immediately ends the Chay, and even after actually emailing, haven't gotten a response in 10 days... Multiple app issues, keeps disconnecting my bank acct, trying to get me to apply for their debit card despite already having it. Unfortunate. Really hoping I'll be able to update this later to be a 5 star.
