The Taqeem and Quality application is an intermediary application between the employer and the client to know the strengths and weaknesses in his workplace
Firstly, some of the terms used:
(Application) means customer satisfaction application.
(Customer) means every person, whether a citizen, resident or visitor, who wishes to evaluate the service provided to him.
Second: Customer satisfaction application work:-
The application requires the owner of the commercial establishment to create a set of questions for customers to evaluate
Third: Change of terms and conditions:-
The Customer Satisfaction application has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without obtaining any permission or approval from any customer or facility owner.
Fourth: Working hours of the application:-
The application works 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, except for any time a technical malfunction occurs or it is stopped by our technical team for development or maintenance.

Fifth: Customer data:-
All data recorded in the application relates to the facility and is recorded by the facility owner himself without modification or addition from the application and is entirely under his responsibility.

Sixth: Tendencies:-
A- The conflicts between the application of customer satisfaction, the facility owner, and the customer
There can be no conflict between them for several reasons
- The application does not charge any money at all.
- The application cannot post any questions or perform an evaluation.
- The application does not force any facility owner to register
- The application does not force the customer to rate
- Adding questions must be done by the facility owner
- Adding a rating is at the request of the customer
- The application only displays the questions written by the facility owner
- If there are any errors in the questions, they will be charged to the facility owner, and any error in the evaluation will be charged to the resident client.
- All data recorded in the application is added by the facility owner without the application’s intervention at all
Seventh: Compensation:-
The customer satisfaction application does not pay any final financial or in-kind compensation to any establishment owner, whether he has registered or viewed the application (the work that the application does is only displaying the questions that the establishment owner wants to know the desires of customers) and all data recorded in the application is borne by the establishment owner.

Eighth: Information recorded in the application:-
All information registered in the application is recorded by the establishment owners only, and therefore it cannot be trusted at all. The establishment owners or customers do not have the right to upload to the application any error in any information contained in the application, due to the occurrence of errors during registration, whether unintentionally or intentionally by the establishment owners, as well as God forbid that the application could be hacked by unauthorized persons and modify or change the recorded data.
Ninth: Actions permitted to us.
Only suspending the membership of an establishment owner in the event of observations or repeated errors, or according to the opinion of the application workers.

Fourteenth / Complaints:-
You have the right to complain to us regarding the application only, such as the times used in the application or the slowness in using the application or the font used, as for information about the facility itself, questions from facility owners, customer evaluations, or methods of use, and it will be resolved amicably or legally with the competent authorities without the application bearing any responsibility. responsible
