Not able to login even after tried many times

The app doesn't seem to be functional. Full of bugs , at the opening page , can't my phone number to receive OTP - if I give a 10 digit phone number , it says the number doesn't exist , if I add the ' 91 ' before , there isn't any provision to write the whole number since the column supports only upto 10 digits. If I try to sign up , it shows that my patient ID doesn't exist! I just took a consultation at the hospital yesterday.
