I have never used anything ever that was as bad as this platform. This is not hyperbole. The app and/or web interface has not worked for years. They also lost access to hundreds of thousands of dollars in one of my accounts for over a month, and I still can't trade those funds. I could go on and on. I have put in dozens and dozens of tickets. Many of them aren't responded to because their support ticket system fails also! Don't bother responding to me iFlip. I don't want to hear from you

Update... still frustrated with this app after more than a year. Now, it doesn't want to load information. Frustrating! Something is always wrong. Can't sign in. Shuts down. Doesn't have account information

The trading itself is great and I've seen really positive growth, but the app is an absolute mess and it's a coin flip every day if it will work or show me anything
