SSA Portal is the official member application developed by Southwest Service Administrators, Inc., a trusted Third Party Administrator since 1995. Designed for labor-management and Taft-Hartley Trust Funds, this app provides users with convenient access to self-funded health and welfare trust fund services, pension plan details, and legal and vacation plan administration.

With SSA Portal, members can download and view their ID cards offline, update personal addresses, review eligibility status, check health and dental claims, download Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), track benefit accumulators, and view pension and defined contribution benefits.
