Paid for the goal subscription. Only to be told they never received any thing. Despite me sending copies of emails and receipts from cash out. Customer support only responded back one time. This used to be a fun app to use for singing but now it seems very fraudulent

I started using SingSnap on Windows, but when they released an app, I HAD to try it! My excitement was short lived, however, as the app has never allowed me to log in to it! I have waited for updates, but the problem persists. Fix it, SingSnap, and I will amend my single star rating.
