This app is designed to empower delivery personnel with the tools they need to efficiently manage order pickups from the warehouse (admin/godown) and deliver them to customers with real-time visibility, communication, and accountability.

It plays a critical role in bridging operations between the warehouse team, admin, sales personnel, and the end customer. By streamlining delivery tasks and reducing manual errors, the app improves operational efficiency, reduces turnaround time, and enhances overall customer satisfaction.

The app provides order assignment to delivery personnel, ensuring they receive accurate and timely updates about new orders. Each order contains complete details including the customer's name, address, contact number, product list, and delivery instructions. Delivery executives can easily view the pickup location (typically a warehouse or godown) and the customer’s delivery destination ensuring safe delivery.

Delivery status updates can be tracked step-by-step with clearly defined actions such as "Picked Up," "OnTheWay," "Delivered," or "Delivery Failed." Delivery personnel can also capture customer confirmation , offering proof of delivery and ensuring a secure handover process.

The app supports both cash and digital payment handling. Delivery executives can collect cash on delivery and update payment status in real time. Additionally, the app supports digital transactions through UPI, wallets, and card payments, with instant confirmation and reconciliation available to the admin through the backend system.

In the event of a return or exchange, the app allows delivery personnel to initiate the process from the field. The reason for the return—such as product damage, incorrect item, or customer refusal—can be recorded, and the app ensures that returned items are transported back to the warehouse with full documentation and status tracking.

Performance tracking features provide visibility into the delivery executive's daily and weekly targets, completed deliveries, and pending tasks.
