2022-09-20	Bl*****	I've tried two different devices but the app keeps saying username/password is invalid. I am 100% sure I'm entering the correct info. The app is useless if I can't login. Please fix this!

2022-07-30	Th*****	This app has always been terrible but, they reached a new low. I can no longer login. The credentials rejected by the app work just fine on the website. They should fire the maker of this app and just go back to using their own website.

2022-02-11	Er*****	Communication error. When I open app I get "communication failure with server. Try again later." For 2 weeks now. This is how I pay my bill and it is not always convenient to access the site from a computer. Plus my phone saves my login info. That's an additional hassle on a shared laptop.
