SilkPay

Silk Pay is an application intended for employees of partner merchants to initiate and process consumer credit applications directly at the point of sale. The application allows an authorized seller to enter data and digitally forward the request to the bank.
Through Silk Pay, merchants can:
- Initiate a credit request for a customer in the sales process
- Enter data according to a defined process
- Upload documentation and electronically send the application
- Track the processing status within the sales process
- Enable fully digital communication
The application is intended exclusively for internal use by authorized persons at partner merchants and functions as a sales channel integrated with banking systems, with controlled access and a high level of security.
The application is available only to authorized partner merchants with provided access data.
