Rogers Tech Insight is the next-generation technician diagnostic tool that provides real-time diagnostic information on customers' home devices, enabling technicians to deliver a fast, reliable, and seamless customer experience every step of the way.

- Submit certifications
- Ensure troubleshooting of the quality of WiFi service

Requirements:
- A reliable WiFi service with a connection to the Rogers network, and the location service activated
- A mobile device with the operating system Android 8, or later
- Rogers technician username and password for authentication and authorization

Note: Currently only Rogers technicians have access to the app. Stay tuned for further upgrades in the coming months!
