2023-11-22	Ma*****	App doest work. Freezes everytime. If you bought this, and it gets stuck on that screen with the panda in the swing, then just return it right now. I tried everything on 3 devices, and it just freezes. If anyone knows a fix please do tell.

2022-04-17	Je*****	Bought the keyboard for my son off of amazon, it had amazing reviews. I did not review the actual app, I should have, because this app crashes constantly, my 5 year old has never gotten to use the keyboard as every thing we try to open crashes. Worst purchase ever. 👎👎👎

2022-03-28	Mi*****	Update: All the Square Panda apps were awesome. Then they stopped maintenance and now nothing works. Kids love it. I have a 3 & 5 year old who play many of the Square Panda apps. We haven't experienced the slow loading or crashing that others mention. This game is installed on an LG cellphone and 2 Samsung tablets. The opening of the app is a little slower on the phone, but no problems once the game has started. The games are engaging and even fun to watch the kids play.

2022-02-26	Gr*****	This app suddenly no longer works. New downloads can't even open it. Older downloads won't connect to Bluetooth. My four year old is devastated. She is learning to read and really wants to play. She got this playset for Christmas. You need to fix your app immediately. No one in our household is happy with you right now. We will definitely no longer consider purchasing any Square Panda products until this situation is fixed.

We just received the hardware as a Christmas present, and opened the apps on an older tablet (Galaxy Tab4) - it worked, but most parts were slow and buggy. We just went to buy a brand new tablet (Galaxy S6 Lite) and now it works a lot better, but there's still a lot of bugs in each app. Like annoying programming errors that make you hard stop and restart the app. There was also a big issue on boxing day with connecting to their server, but it seems to be resolved.

2020-12-26	Ho*****	my son recived the play set for Christmas. It is having so many connection to there server problems. Can not create a new player profile for him.i hope that can resolve it . It looks to be something he would enjoy.
