At Kuvu we believe in coexistence between generations as the way to help improve the lives of all people, therefore, we help guests (usually young people) to share a house > with hosts from other generations (usually older people) who have a room available to rent in Bilbao, rent in Madrid, rent in Barcelona and other cities in Spain.

With the Kuvu app you can share a house with a person who is compatible with you and have extra money in your pocket at the end of each month.

Hosts who wish to share their home can sign up, create their profile and post an ad for your room to rent. As a host, only guests who fit the profile you have defined will be able to contact you.

On the other hand, guests can search for the perfect room based on the area and other filters, and get in touch with the hosts. As a guest, you will only be able to see hosts that match you. All rooms for rent within Kuvu have all expenses included. Find the most suitable room for you.

Why rent with Kuvu?

• Connect with the right people: As a host, only people who fit the profile you are looking for will be able to contact you


• Rental and Cohabitation Agreement: with Kuvu, we will prepare a rental and cohabitation agreement with which you can protect yourself


• Remote contract signing: when you have the right person, contact Kuvu to sign the contract through our voice signature system, no matter where you are


• Monitoring: Kuvu will monitor from the beginning of the contract to the end, we give you support in any incident


• Payment management: You won't have to worry about paying the rent. On the same day each month, Kuvu will collect and credit the rental amount to your bank account.

How to process your rental with Kuvu?

• In this version of the app we will connect you via whatsapp with the right people for you. Once you have chosen the person with whom you want to rent a room.


• Contact Kuvu through Whatsapp 623 06 46 84 and request that they prepare your rental contract and coexistence protection.


• Once you sign your contract, you will become part of the Kuvu Community and receive the follow-up service.

What is the financial contribution that Kuvu will ask you for?

• As a host, Kuvu will not charge you anything until the first contract is signed. When signing your contract, you must contribute €242 (VAT included) plus 8% (VAT included) of the rental income every month that the contract lasts


• As a guest, Kuvu will ask you for €350 (VAT included) when you sign your contract.
