OranHR Mobile is a comprehensive companion application designed to extend the capabilities of the OranHR Human Resource Solution to your mobile device. It empowers HR professionals and employees to manage crucial HR tasks anytime, anywhere.

Key features include a variety of approval workflows such as benefit claims, leave requests, loans, medical claims, and travel requests. The app sends timely reminders for important employee milestones like anniversaries, birthdays, and contract expirations. Users can submit requests for payslips, work schedule changes, and benefits, while also reviewing their detailed history of attendance, leave, and overtime.

Additional functionalities such as employee attendance tracking, location marking, clocking in/out, recruitment interviews, as well as personalized dashboards display attendance, targets, and training budgets. The app also supports profile management with personal, contact, and family information editing. Designed for seamless integration, OranHR Mobile requires a minimum OranHR version 10.10.0 and updated API Gateway 5.0.0.
