Dive into the whimsical world of Mad Sprint, an endless runner set in a surreal wonderland inspired by Alice’s adventures. Control the White Rabbit as he races forward, dodging enemies and obstacles while collecting mushrooms, potions, and clocks to boost your score and fill the madness meter. Each tap launches a jump, with an optional double jump to navigate tricky paths. Mushrooms restore hearts and charge the madness meter, potions dramatically fill the meter and make the rabbit invincible for a few seconds, and clocks slow down obstacles without slowing your points. As the madness meter reaches 100%, Cheshire Cat appears, ushering you seamlessly into the next location where speed, difficulty, and score multipliers increase. Start in the initial world at standard speed, progress to the World of Absurdity with heightened pace and double score multiplier, and finally reach Full Madness with maximum speed and quadruple scoring. Hearts track your survival—collide with enemies or obstacles and lose one, while mushrooms can restore up to three hearts. Sessions continue until all hearts are lost, after which your final score and maximum location are displayed.
