Can you give this app less than 1 star. The app won't synch with the scale or phone and the support is non-existent. Each attempt to sign into the app is met with an error message. I would not recommend anyone purchasing the scale or anything associated with this company, there just isn't any support for their products.

Do not install. App totally broken. Won't connect to server, sign in, or sync, all history gone. Can't connect to scale any longer either. Pointless!

App stopped working. It reset one day and I Uninstalled and reinstalled. I can't seem to pair with this app anymore. My information was deleted and cannot reinstate any info I had nor would it let me input my info again. Frustrated. Bought this scale to use with app for the detailed information. Would the company be willing to send their customers a refund cheque?

Too many glitches and "no responses" when trying to create an account. No verification codes sent to my email. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling only to have the same problems. I'll just use the scale as is and track my progress myself.

Seems that I can't use the app until I verify my email. Which I have tried to do so, and yet it does not send a verified code to my email. I have tried two different emails and checked my spam and junk mail. Seems to be a waste of time trying to get the app set up and not being able to have access.

So I bought the scale but now I can't use it for all the good stuff like it promised. I've had to remake 2 accounts to see if they will send a verification code and they never did..and yes I checked my spam and junk files, still nothing. Also I can't see what it was asking me about my other details before it got to the verification part. Now all I have is just a basic scale...

First, to enter personal information in the boxes the head titles are not readable. Second, it says a code will be sent to the email provided. I verified all my inbox, junk and spam boxes, no code was sent even after waiting for a few minutes. Third, the scale doesn't pair with Bluetooth, it was impossible, I tried many, many times and always failed. All together this scale and app are garbage, I returned it to the store. Fix your garbage, I was generous to give one star.

App asked for email to send code for validation, but never sends it. Tried many times. So that means no access to the app makes the app useless and the scale it should connect to also useless beyond the scale readout. Fix the server email function and maybe it will be useful.

App has worked as long as I've had this scale which is been at least a couple years. Don't understand half of the items on the biometrics. And there's no explanation anywhere. Cannot get it to sync now 8/13/23. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing is working to get it to sync.

It's way too glitch. I want to LIKE the app because it seems to be giving good information, but based on the glitches I'm not so sure I trust the results anymore. Also, I can't scroll through all of my clients to select any of my people. VERY annoying. Yall need to address these people's concerns to bring your ratings up. It shows they don't care.
