How does it work?
Spouddy connects to your health data (Google Health Connect) to automatically count your steps, distance, calories burned, and active minutes, without any manual entry. This data powers your challenges and personal stats in real time.

Health Data Used
Spouddy uses Health Connect permissions to:
- Steps & Distance: track your daily activity and calculate your score in challenges
- Active calories & Total calories: display your energy expenditure and power calorie challenges, with a deduplication algorithm to avoid duplicates between devices
- Workouts: detect and display your workouts, calculate your active minutes
- Weight & Height: personalize your daily calorie goal by calculating your basal metabolic rate
