Cannot set up account. App says it will send an email to finish setup and no email comes. I've checked spam. Tried to sign up again and said my email already had an account. Tried forgot password and no reset email received. Website has no contact information. Waste of money on the tags.

It was really good, but something has gone wrong with the software. I can't update my seven dogs' information anymore, which is a huge problem. It says that 'something went wrong' every time I attempt to.
