2023-07-24	BJ*****	The UX for the new app is atrocious. Many basic functions are worse than the old app which looked worse but somehow performed better. It takes way too many steps to do simple things like detecting my nearest store or reloading credits. The reloading of credits is also a joke. No notification to confirm that the transaction has gone through? I've unknowingly reloaded it multiple times, and I'm not alone. What's the point of a sleek app that works terribly.
