Sponserity is a nonprofit recovery app that helps you get sober, stay sober, and support others—one day at a time. Build routines, connect with a sponsor or sponsee, and chat with Dawn, an AI coach designed with evidence-based recovery resources and 12-step principles.

What you can do

• Request a sponsor or accept sponsees; grow your support network
• Join a real-time help queue to ask for support—or offer it
• Complete guided, research-backed tasks and reflections that progress with you
• Work through joint tasks together with your sponsor/sponsee
• Chat 1:1 securely to check in, share wins, and plan next steps
• Ask Dawn (AI coach) for practical guidance, relapse-prevention tips, and motivation
• Customize your profile with an alias to protect your identity
• Receive gentle reminders and encouragement
