This app needs to be fixed, big time. I am no longer able to add funds to my card through this app. Every time I try, I get "internal server error". It's been happening for months and now my sister is having the same problem.

Finding a bus route and schedule is a bit difficult. It lets you set arrival or departure time but it's quite confusing to find the frequency of bus arrival at any particular stop. I had to perform several searches and I think the bus arrives once an hour. I couldn't find a way to determine this. The route map is blurry and useless even if I zoom in or download it. I'm about 25% sure of the schedule after spending 30min trying to use the trip planner feature.
