App on galaxy watch 8 won't sign in, only connects as guest even though phone app is logged in. Tracks swim fine, but can't do anything useful with data.

Does not work and no support. after 5 swims app will not sync from watch. I put in a support ticket and no answer. I lost my data trying to self resolve. did not track laps accurately. Don't waste your time.
