Designer City is a free offline city-building game that removes timers and lets you build at your own pace. Design unique skylines with over 2,000 landmarks, skyscrapers, parks and decorations. creatively fun design game. It will allow you to create a tropical island paradise for your snow buddies and gingerbread men. I only wish there was a god mode we could purchase. allowing us to toggle night mode on specific buildings. to allow layering on parks & buildings; the way we can with landscapes. and to flip a tile upside down, enlarge/drink it, and to quickly swap between tile styles (like buildings can swap colors). it'd be great if we could upload custom/more land texture tiles, too.
