2024-04-08	Th*****	Unscheduled bank maintenance with no email/text warnings means no use of the app at the most inconvenient of times. Also having maintenance done on the app with no headsup during non-calling available hours makes it even more frustrating.

2023-12-12	Yo*****	Loved th app at first was extremely helpful especially when life happens and had the ability to get majority of my money that day if needed. Now the amount I once was able to access has dropped considerably. When contacted support they said it had to do with my employer and to speak with my HR to see what was going on. In doing so HR director has no idea what's going on. So would be betterif I could actually access the amount I started off being able to use.

2023-10-19	Er*****	I get my paycheck a day earlier and I can get half of my next week paycheck if I want. I never have a problem with my cars and fir the past year its been a great card to have. I recommend it to anyone.

2022-12-27	Ru*****	On two separate occasions funds were withdrawn twice and on both occasions the stores did not receive the funds but the funds were taken out my card anyways two times I asked to get a refund back for total of $60 some dollars but instead they have me fill out a fraud report which was not fraud if it was done on the Spencer side

But after they closed my account with $600+ on it, it has been horrible to get my money back. 2 months later calling them about the issue & I still have yet to see the refund check they said they'd send me. I've called 2x or once a week, & they don't care. This company has robbed me of my hard earned money. Terrible customer service that keep sending me in circles with no resolve.

2022-06-25	ru*****	My issue is not really with the app rather with the customer service. I find them rude and uninterested in my issues. This opinion is based on several calls with them. I just think the customer service associates at unfriendly, not knowledgeable and slow. Sadly that blessed over to the app itself.
