The very first thing I noticed about the Philips Voice tracer is that it is very far off being user friendly, in fact its clunky and frustrating to navigate around, I've worked with a lot of devices in my time but none as bad as this.

I can't open the app. it opens the connection screen and freezes. I already have the unit connected to the hotspot on my phone but can't get the user app screen to open. please help!!!
