One tap sends a support request to your response team with the student and a
short description. Your team gets a push notification, and a text message if
they have added and verified their own number. Everyone can see whether it has
been picked up, acknowledged, or resolved.

Every student has an analytics view: incident trend over time, which behaviors
come up most, the antecedents that keep reappearing, and the times of day things
tend to happen. It updates as reports come in.
