I've been using Spectora for several years now. It's very user friendly and easily customizable. I'm able to quickly take notes and edit photos during inspections. It allows easy payment and contract signing as well. It's well worth the price. I couldn't imagine using any other software.

Spectora Is hands down the best reporting software. Little over a yr in business, and I've used spectora from day one. A couple of months ago, I got curious what else was out there, so I started looking at alternatives. It did not take me long to realize I already have the best software. No complaints reports look the best. The support team is amazing. If you're thinking about using spectora, trust me, you will not be disappointed, and your clients will thank you
