However, multiple users report significant issues including frequent crashes, slow and unfriendly user interface, unreliable connectivity to NVRs, problematic notification settings, and limited app configuration options. While it works well for some after updates, the app needs considerable improvements for stability, usability, and feature enhancements to meet user expectations consistently.

The absolute worst user interface I've ever experienced for something I actually have to pay for. I would expect something like this if it was free or if it were still the 90s. The good: It works. The bad: There's no way to change any of the settings from the app, you have to log in to the physical DVR. It's impossible to navigate anywhere quickly. The notification options seem to be either one every ten seconds, or none at all. You have to scroll through days of video to find events.

I manage a property using a CCTV security system which uses Speco cameras, and DVRs. This app allows me to remotely access the system to view status, specify cameras, initiate recording and other monitoring activities, essential to staying informed about a property without physically being on site. It allows me to contact other personnel in response to an event or problem, improving response time and mitigating property damage, or loss of life.
