2026-08-26	Bo*****	discontinued angi support? well, I'll discontinue use of your app. how very disappointing. it's about time for a new helmet. guess which one I won't be buying. the crash feature was only used once but it could have been a life saver. I'll be on the look for a replacement.

2026-08-24	To*****	I don’t normally write reviews, but having upgraded from Bosch to Specialized, the bike itself is fantastic. Unfortunately, the app lets it down. Connectivity is unreliable and Auto Start/Unlock can be inconsistent, which is frustrating when you can’t unlock your own bike. For longer rides, I also miss the navigation and functionality of the Bosch Kiox. I’d like to see better navigation, heart-rate/health integration, ride data and above all, much more reliable connectivity.

2026-08-03	To*****	Works OK but is a massive battery hog even when not connected to the bike. I've done 3 hour rides with normal phone battery, and then I've used it to check on the bike and the phone has gotten really hot and the battery drained within hours. Android even warns me that it's using too much battery.

2026-07-29	Ba*****	The latest update has caused both of my Vado 4 bikes to no longer lock. Bikes were fully functional before the update. Our Specialized bike store did a forced firmware update, checked all the sensors and all was normal. Now get an error when trying to lock the bike and set the auto lock feature," something went wrong. please try again later". Not happy that $5,000 bikes have lost a security feature. Fix the bug. App also drops connection then reconnects every 2 minutes when cycling.
