2026-08-03	To*****	Works OK but is a massive battery hog even when not connected to the bike. I've done 3 hour rides with normal phone battery, and then I've used it to check on the bike and the phone has gotten really hot and the battery drained within hours. Android even warns me that it's using too much battery.

2026-07-29	Ba*****	The latest update has caused both of my Vado 4 bikes to no longer lock. Bikes were fully functional before the update. Our Specialized bike store did a forced firmware update, checked all the sensors and all was normal. Now get an error when trying to lock the bike and set the auto lock feature," something went wrong. please try again later". Not happy that $5,000 bikes have lost a security feature. Fix the bug. App also drops connection then reconnects every 2 minutes when cycling.

2026-07-25	Sc*****	As someone with health issues...this Levo SL Pro and the app, give me incentive and motivation to keep riding and not throw myself a pity party. I sure would love a high-end long travel full suspension for the days that I feel extra spicy Alas, I spent all I had on my Levo and love having it for the remainder of my mobile time. Thanks to Specialized for giving me strength and inspiration.
