TAP Business

TAP Business is the mobile companion to the TAP platform's Employee Self‑Service portal, built for organisations that run their HR, payroll and people operations on SpecCon's TAP system.

If your company has a TAP / SpecCon Holdings account, sign in with your existing work credentials to:

LEAVE & TIME OFF
• Submit and track leave requests
• View leave balances and the team leave calendar

PAY & TAX
• View payslips and tax certificates
• Submit and track expense claims

TASKS & APPROVALS
• See your assigned tasks and their status
• Managers can review and action team approvals — leave, claims, disciplinary cases and more

MEETINGS
• Start or join SpecCon Meet video meetings from the app
• Schedule meetings, invite colleagues or external guests, and share a join link — guests need no separate app

PEOPLE & CULTURE
• Read town hall updates and give recognition to colleagues
• Raise ideas, incidents, grievances or whistle‑blower reports
• Browse internal job openings and track onboarding, probation and separation steps

YOUR PROFILE
• Keep your profile, documents and banking details up to date
• Chat with your team

TAP Business requires an active company account provisioned by your employer through SpecCon's TAP platform — there is no public sign‑up. Contact your HR administrator if you need access.
