Membership lookup does not work and requires too much information.
Many links and features in the app are non-functional or outdated.
App does not provide a useful or updated map of the zoo.
User experience is poor, with cumbersome text fields and crashes.
Lack of guidance on how to use the app effectively.

Great zoo! Great school! I really wish there was a consistency to the food stands being open, and that the app/website information was updated regularly. Any food stand employee could easily make back $25/hour (and benefits) on a normal day. There is some ball-dropping happening and I think there are administrators who should be held accountable.

Had Membership loaded previously. Now it crashed and only way to get it functional is to uninstall or clear data, which you guessed it, wiped my membership info. Now I need to stand in line at customer service again to get info verified, which is a bit stupid. Might as well use the old membership card.
